Possibility of working remotely.Job Description+ Oversee and work with Contact Center Manager to ensure issued lead goals are reached daily+ Oversee and work with Show / Event Manager to ensure goals are reached monthly+ Work with Sales Manager to understand and meet lead demand on a weekly basis+ Manage overall marketing spend and marketing calendar to maintain a 10% cost of marketing or less+ Negotiate and purchase media buys for TV, Radio, and News Paper+ Manage manufacture lead programs+ Manage Paid Lead vendors+ Manage PPC vendors+ Work with Website developer to increase content and brand awareness+ Manger social media posts+ Measure and report resultsQualifications+ Strong communications skills+ Positive, outgoing personality+ Strong planning and organizational skills+ Ability to coach, train and motivate others+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment+ Must be available to work weekendsWe have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes a salary and bonus opportunities.Powered by JazzHR
