Job Description
This role exists to maintain and improve the Global Micro Influencer Program inconjunction with the regional Athlete and Entertainment Marketing teams to play acrucial part of building our talent funnel. This role is responsible for reporting onlearnings and key takeaways in order to better support the larger Partnerships vision.
ResponsibilitiesSupporting and growing the Global Micro Influencer programManage a team of Creator Program AssociatesImprove processes and platforms to enable scale and efficiencyManage the budget allocated to the Creator Program by the Head ofInfluenceReporting to a variety of key stakeholders on the program performance,utilizing Brand and Commercial KPIsLiaise with key stakeholders and teams to ensure the program is integratedin all internal reporting platforms through accurate dataIdentifying unique ways to expand the network of creators through creator leadinitiatives, commercial incentives and innovative leversEnsuring the program is highly competitive within the industry andconstantly bring a high volume of new creators within out networkEnsuring the program is highly profitable from a commercial perspectiveParticipating in greater brand department meetings to discuss campaignstrategy relevant to the Micro Influencer ProgramRequirements4+ years' experience in social media or influencer/entertainment marketing2+ years' experience of managing a team of 3+ membersDemonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environmentAbility to identify rising stars and emerging talent that fit our brandculture and narrativeAbility to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet andexceed goalsComfortable with analytics, data management and software management
