Summary

The UX Consultant is a trusted advisor for customers and internal teams on the Intellum learner experience and platform setup. The UX Consultant reports directly to the Director of Solution Architecture and helps ensure that implementations, Advisory Services engagements, and customer growth/renewal activities adhere to the UX playbook and leverage Intellum products to their fullest potential. To do so, the UX Consultant works collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders, including Professional Services, Account Management, and Sales, to understand and document our customers' unique requirements, learner personas, and business goals and present the right solutions.

This role requires attention to detail, a knack for story-telling, a passion for learning and growth, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic guidance on platform utilization and learner journeys based on a deep understanding of the customer's needs and the features/functionality in the Intellum Platform.Support the entire implementation process from initial sales hand-off to client launch.Support Advisory Services LXD and Platform Utilization engagements.Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering exercises with new and existing customers.Develop and deliver site maps, user journey prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups in order to illustrate and guide implementation and Advisory Services engagements.Effectively manage project timelines and resources against established milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Required Skills

5+ years of experience in the software services industry5+ years of UX and platform utilization consulting experience5+ years defining and implementing technical projects within a SaaS platformCommunication skills that demonstrate an ability to present to large or small groupsFigma and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plusAbility to travel occasionallyMetrics
