JOB DESCRIPTIONChubb Studio is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Content Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our partner-facing material, ensuring that it accurately reflects Chubb Studio's products, services, and capabilities. You will collaborate closely with various global and regional teams to consolidate content, identify gaps, and execute a strategic plan to maintain up-to-date and relevant material used by global and regional teams.Responsibilities:Project Management: Oversee content-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.Internal Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including business development teams, to understand their needs and translate them into effective content strategies.Product Knowledge Enhancement: Understand Chubb Studio's products and services thoroughly, identifying gaps in knowledge and capabilities that need to be addressed in partner-facing material.Material Maintenance: Consistently review and update partner-facing material to reflect the latest product enhancements, industry trends, and regulatory changes.Content Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the content by soliciting feedback, leveraging analytical insights, and staying informed about industry best practices.Quality Control: Maintain a high standard for content quality, accuracy, and consistency across all partner-facing material.QUALIFICATIONS2ABOUT USChubb is a world leader in insurance.
