$55,748 annually/$26.81 hourly (new salary 7/1/24); paid bi-weekly Plus full benefits package. Dispatchers earn 1.25 (10 hours) vacation and 1 (8 hours sick day per month. plus 7 holidays and 2 personal days per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Age 18Good police, personal, & employment recordHigh School Diploma or equivalentU. S. CitizenOut-of-state dispatchers must provide documentation of ability to become KY certified at time of application

To determine whether or not out-of-state certification will transfer to Kentucky Applicants contact the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council (contact information below) with the following information* Copy of basic training graduation certification* Copy of basic training transcript with individual classes and contact hours* Provide proof of one (1) year of full-time employement as a dispatcher
