We are currently expanding our team in Pure Barre and seeking a qualified Studio Manager (part-time) that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis to create a supportive and meaningful community!

POSITION:

The Studio Manager will oversee all studio sales functionality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networkingMembership and retail salesManage staff scheduleSupervise Sales RepresentativesCollect out-standing duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studioEnforce studio policies and proceduresProvide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and emailBecome proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunitiesContact prospects/leads to schedule barre class and enroll them in a membershipDrive and retain retail and membership salesMaintain organization of staff, cleanliness and organization of the StudioEnforce policies and procedures relating to customersEnsure all forms, administrative supplies and studio literature is stocked and visibleParticipate in as many networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as possible to be scheduled with CorporateExecute light Operational duties such as: ordering supplies, scheduling staff, aid with social media and anything else Owner sees fitAny other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferredConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales RepsAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retailPrevious management or supervisory experience requiredMust have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phoneMust be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spiritAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentAn affinity and passion for fitnessProfessional, punctual, reliable and neat and organizedStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio softwareAbility to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availabilityCOMPENSATION & PERKS:
