Summary

Our proposal writing team is an integral part of the Sales/Marketing GTM organization. This key position helps grow our business and makes an impact in an exciting, growing market. Proposal Writers are responsible for drafting clear, concise, accurate, and compliant responses to RFP/RFI, partner, and prospective customer inquiries.

The Junior Proposal Writer role requires a collaborative team member who can effectively work across all levels of WorkForce, gathering information and producing critical content under tight deadlines.

The candidate must be able to proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure that all written content is appropriate and up to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Develop win themes and functional differentiators, working with stakeholders, specific to RFx opportunities.Effectively utilize pre-approved documentation to address recurring content inquiries and develop tailored RFx responsesEngage with Account Executives, Partner Sales Managers, Solution Consultants, Product Managers and other technical resources to draft content for RFx responses and other required documentation for partners and prospective customersOrganize materials and complete all writing assignments in a timely manner with quality and adherence to both RFx and internal WorkForce standardsContribute to a library of approved proposal content for quick-turnaround opportunitiesOrganize proposal content on our content management system to maximize reuse effectiveness and utilityManage project timelines to gather input from subject matter experts, coordinate review cycles, and finalize documents for on-time submissionRequirements

Experience with proposal content management systems including QuvidianExcellent technical writing skills and ability to create new content in response to emerging requirements while leveraging approved content and approachesStrong organization skills for content management and collaborationAbility to review and correct material for content, style, and compliance with internal and external standardsAbility to work with company stakeholders across functional competencies and management levelsAbility to document complex technical, legal, and compliance concepts and processes in a clear and concise manner in both written and graphic formatsStrong eye for grammatical, spelling, and other editing errorsProven ability to meet fixed deadlinesExperience in the Enterprise SaaS software and/or HCM marketTravel
