Marketing Design Developer

For the first 90 days this is a fully in-office/on-site position in the Woodbury, NY area. After 90 days, the role will be hybrid onsite 3 days/2 days remote per week.

Position Overview:The Marketing Design Developer is a technical, hands-on role responsible for consumer website management and design, as well as E-commerce tasks. The Design Developer uses website analytics to make data-driven optimization suggestions and will project management development projects with our OSS and SOC teams.

Consumer website management - including the design and development of website content and campaign landing pagesAssist with the design and development of content for the launch of Mobile service and other future product launchesWork closely with team members to align website content with paid digital media, social efforts, email marketing, and traditional tactics.Consistently A/B test website content for usability ensuring that content is optimized for search engine indexing.Ecommerce - Project manage new and existing offer updates with outside development and our operations teamManage and test ecommerce flow for the best customer journey through the buying process through analytics dataWork with Vendors to optimize the customer ordering experience for the launch of Mobile service and other future productsCommunicate and align appropriately with key stakeholdersRequirements

1 - 3 years of hands-on experience with Website Content Management Systems (CMS)Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar, including report generation and analysisExperience with UX and UI optimization, ideally for websites and eCommerce platformsExperience with Photoshop and Illustrator, or equivalentExperience with data-driven marketing strategies: attribution modeling, website speed, A/B testing, conversion optimization, sales journeys, and reportingNice to have:

Experience working with in-house or external marketing agencies
