Support: • Support the social media editorial calendar by tracking upcoming and notable specific programming releases and events • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and escalate issues, as necessary • Maintain recruitment brand standard guidelines, while going through the appropriate approvals and support rollout of content, recruitment marketing and communication tactics. • Organize data to showcase GTA's efforts to attract a variety of diverse talent for monthly Diversity Center of Excellence meetings. • Present monthly in Global Talent Acquisition round up meeting to showcase the best of the month from social and to help influence new idea generation. • Support the Culture HQ set-up, video collection and video editing by region and division globally. • Develop innovative marketing and communication strategies (including social media) to achieve higher participation in our D&I talent attraction events. • Ensure podcast episodes are compliant and reviewed by legal. • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices.
