Overview:Avenue 360 Health and Wellness is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. The marketing manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support Avenue 360’s business objectives and to enhance its brand awareness in the health care industry in Houston and the region. This position reports to the EVP of Operations.Duties and Responsibilities:Devise innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention and to promote the agency’s health care services to diverse patient populations across the Houston region.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.Manage the creation of compelling content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia, for various marketing materials.Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing approaches.Oversee the agency's online presence, including web site, social media, and email communications, and execute digital advertising initiatives.Manage internal communications among staff, physicians, and medical providers.Spearhead the organization and execution of community events, including the opening and ongoing promotion of clinics.Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including media, community partners, outside consultants, and health care researchers.Education, Experience, Licensure/Certification and Skills/Abilities Related Requirements:BA or BS in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.3-5 years of work experience in marketing and communications required. Prior experience working for non-profits or health care experience preferred.Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple, concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills required.Experience with website content management systems, various social media platforms, email marketing applications, and graphics and video creation and editing applications. Experience with WordPress, MailChimp, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.Passion for supporting disadvantaged population sectors, PLWHA and the LGBTQ+ Community.Continuing Education and Training Requirements:Participates in trainings required by the agency, funding source(s), and/or as required by licensure if applicable.
