Required Skills
6+ years of experience working with graphic design and creative direction assignmentsExperience with facilitating discussions about visually representing complex data and analytic ideasExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat ProAbility to work with the client to define project requirements and provide process and procedure advice for optimal visual communication product presentationsAbility to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic design competenciesTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degreeDesired Skills
Experience with data visualization, finished intelligence, and infographic project productionExperience with following brand management guidelinesExperience in the IC or DoD environmentsKnowledge of human-centered design methodology or design thinking principlesKnowledge of videography, photography, 3D animation and interactive productsKnowledge of HTML/CSS as well as Joomla!, WordPress or other Content Management SystemsAbility to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-based environmentPossession of excellent verbal and written skills, including communicating presentations to internal and external professionals at all levels
