Creating Art for Mental Health Awareness

We're looking for young people to create creative depictions of their own mental health experiences and healing (even stress or sadness counts) through the imagery of a bird and its freedom. You will also be tasked with writing a one to two sentence explanation of your own personal experience and what "Free The Bird" means to you.
