HOW A PROPOSAL DESKTOP PUBLISHER WILL MAKE AN IMPACTResponsible for supporting the proposal manager with production plan development, color team prep, document creation and management, and production of proposalsResponsible for ensuring proposal documents are compliant with section LSupports SharePoint admin tasks throughout proposal effortOther desktop publishing tasks as neededThis role directly contributes to the success of the proposal team and the financial success of the company
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: High School degreeRequired Experience: 9+ years of related experience or 5+ years with a bachelor's degreeMust be very familiar with government RFP process and the Shipley methodExpected to be able to read and understand RFP documents (C, L, M) and interpret them to create compliant proposal document templatesRequired Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; SharePoint; Adobe Acrobat ProSecurity Clearance Level: SECRETRequired Skills and Abilities: Proposal experience, Desktop publishing, Must be organized, have good communication skills, handle a fast-paced, deadline-driven working environment; flexibility to work independently and as a team memberLocation: Hybridmust come into Herndon, VAUS Citizenship Required

Salary and Benefit InformationThe likely salary range for this position is $86,700 - $117,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
