Salary:$80k-$100k+ (+ Commission)

Job Summary:We are actively seeking a dynamic, high energy, motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients in the aluminum industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success and growth of our company.

Job Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.Identify new business opportunities and markets for aluminum products.Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.Play a key role in increasing income/revenue by managing/negotiating with clients through the sales process and selling value-added-services offered by the organization.Develop and execute a regional strategy that supports the overall growth strategy of the organization.2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.Build higher, wider, and deeper relationships with active accounts ensuring sustainable growth.Ability to identify and develop growth opportunities within current (Active) and potential (Prospect) accountsDevelop customer relationships to enhance customer retention and market share growth.3. Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote aluminum products and enhance brand visibility.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.Utilize various marketing channels, such as digital marketing, advertising, and events, to reach target audiences.Supports sales campaigns and product/inventory initiativesAbility to identify and interpret market trends

4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Monitor sales performance and market trends, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales and marketing strategies.Perform forecasting, analyses, reports, inquiries, and general intelligence efforts as required to develop, maintain, and utilize superior customer/market knowledge to enable the implementation of sound sales approaches and actions.Prepare and maintain updates, highlights, special management reports, etc. as required.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degrees in Business, Marketing or Technical fields are preferred.Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the aluminum industry.Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and must be a strong self motivated individualExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry regulations.Extensive experience in a sales role within the base metals industry, preferably having worked for an aluminum producer / manufacturer with value-added product expertise (can potentially consider someone who excels in other metals e.g. copper, nickel, zinc, lead, tin, but must have a strong track record and willingness to transition)Strong sales background within the US market having a proven track record of developing a profitable book, excellent relationship management ability and desire to make a significant long-term impact on the businessIdeally, with knowledge of the aluminum market as well as aluminum supply and demand factors.
