Overview:

The

Manager - Media Investment & Optimization

will play a pivotal role in developing media investment strategies, implementing plans, and optimizing. The Manager will be instrumental in shaping the organizations marketing investment, ensuring effective utilization of resources. This marketing leader will drive impactful campaigns that resonate with the Enterprise both Murphy USA and QuickChek brands. Other duties may be assigned.Reviews agency media plans ensuring alignment to Enterprise objectives by BrandLeads Media day-to-day and sets the tone for continuous improvementLeverages insights to create strategies to improve targeting and overall performanceCollaborates with internal stakeholders particularly Marketing Activation to ensure seamless execution of media campaignsOversees Marketing investment budgets, developing allocation across channelsPartners with Analytics on Marketing Optimization (Media / Marketing Mix Modeling) to measure and improve Return on Advertising Spend and Marketing Contribution to the business on a year-over-year basis ,Monitors campaign performance real-time developing and fine tuning dashboarding and reporting for continuous improvement of results

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Media agency and/or in-house and businessProficiency in media planning tools and analytics platformsExperience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo, ideally building internal performance marketing measurement and optimization capabilitiesStrategic-thinker and problem-solver with strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous and highly organized with strong project management capabilitiesAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills requiredProactive with a self-starter mentality, strong collaborator and collaborative natureAgility to adapt with shifting priorities and comfortable with ambiguityIdeal: Experience with large data warehousing environments (e.g., Teradata, Oracle)
