Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.shall design and produce layout of interactive briefing products, guides, manuals, programs, flat panel displays, seals, boards and other collateral materials for events, projects and conferences.Must be able to work independently with moderate government oversight, provide comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing and develop and manage plan of actions and milestones.Must have expertise in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).Shall possess knowledge of the Department of Defense and/or Intelligence community necessary to shape artistic designs, proposals and concepts.Shall use Government-specified technology to produce or modify J22 organization web and SharePoint pages and templates, other graphic user interface (GUI) development and improvements, video content and support new J22 web tools and interface requirements.Shall provide user experiences/user interface expertise for development of interactive graphics and web products.Demonstrate proficiency in professional graphics and design software to include, but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere, and Flash), ASP, Java Scripts, Apple Final Cut Pro X, and Apple Mac hardware platforms, Map Publisher, MS Office Suite, SharePoint including Developer and other associated tools and any other interactive graphics enablers, languages, or tools specified.Design/illustrate abstract ideas and concepts and graphically depicts technical subject matter for use in visual presentations and WEB design and administration products.Shall determine the visual requirements for print, web, or other media, envisioning and proposing solutions to satisfy customer requirements.Shall provide weekly progress reports to leadership, including status of on-going and newly levied requirements.Shall provide professional support to the CCJ2 Media Center, demonstrating proficiency in video editing using Apple Final Cut, Adobe After Effects and Apple Motion.Completes Data Transfer Officer online training within 60 days of start date and annually thereafter.Provides customer service support M-F from 0700-16:00.CENTCOM J2 requires additional Graphics Developer/Designer (Web Developer/Designer) support capable of expanding and/or supplementing the capabilities listedCENTCOM J2 requires additional Graphic Developer / Designer support if CENTCOM materially adjusts its national defense priorities and/or the current U.S. National Security posture towards strategic adversaries shifts significantly from 'competition' to higher risk confrontation or hostilities.Produces and edits video and audio products ISO military intelligence training tasks, Command Exercises, and operational intelligence activities.Coordinates, produces and directs professionally audio and video recordings of on-air talent.Completes daily studio operations checklist and provide weekly activity reports.Completes Recordable Media Log for assigned projects.Conducts basic troubleshooting of studio equipment; complete video shot sheet for assigned projects; complete VTR logs for assigned projects and initiate Work Order requests as required.Shall support USCENTCOM J2's dynamic artistic and visualization needs to support the timely completion of daily JICCENT intelligence products and other approved graphic/visualization requirements.Job Requirements
Required experience:
Desired at least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Required education:
Desired bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.Security Clearance:
Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.Location:
