SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager, LATAM will support all Company Brands by working with the Corporate Marketing teams to plan, develop and orchestrate marketing campaigns tailored for Latin America local markets. The Manager will be responsible for all marketing tasks and initiatives as well as serving as a liaison between the LATAM Sales Team and various internal departments. Travel to Latin America is approximately 25%.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.Serve as main point of contact between distributors/retailers, CWA Management and various internal departments.Plan, develop, and execute 360° tailored marketing strategies and advertising initiatives for each brand. This includes social media, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, sponsorships, promotional events, press events, and public relations initiatives.Ensure the teams, distributors and retailers adhere to Brand guidelines.Contribute to the creation and maintenance marketing strategy calendars for each brand.Oversee development of promotional materials such sell-in materials, packaging materials, etc.

Maintain promotional and merchandising material inventories.

Assist with organization and participate in market events and trade shows.Manage marketing brands budgets.

Negotiate advertising contracts.Develop/Order Promotional materialsConsolidate marketing spent and approved budgets for coop crediting.

Measure, report and present performance of campaigns and assess against goals.Collect monthly sales data from customers.

Analyze and present monthly sales reports to Management.

Perform Market Research and trends analysis, customer data analysis.Distribute marketing and sales communication to all markets in Spanish and Portuguese.QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record of working effectively under tight deadlines.Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain vendor relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Adobe CS, a plus.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Knowledge of consumer and industry trends, in-store and online.Highly organized, detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills.Strong oral and written communication skills – English, Portuguese and SpanishAbility to work efficiently with external partners as well as internal teams.Must possess current US passport; able to travel 25%

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree, preferably with multilingual education; or 5 - 7+ years’ related experience, preferably in Latin America; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
