Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Respond to and follow up on all inquiries from prospective clients
Qualify prospective clients
Attend all client meetings
Complete the project estimates using our systems
Use computer software and/or hand sketches to prepare creative project designs
Design clear and detailed scope of work for clients and staff using our systems
Assist the clients in all product selection in our Design Center showroom
Prepare and complete all contract documents using our systems
Follow up with project during construction as needed
Complete the final walk-through with clients after project to present warranty packet and ask for referrals
Professional Experience:
Degree in design, business, or sales; and/or 5-10 years of experience selling in the Kitchen and Bath Industry
Experience working with residential trade contractors
Understanding of construction basics
Basic computer skills in MS Office applications and 20/20 CAD software proficiency
Business Skills:
Exceptional customer relations skills
Ability to work in a productive team environment
Effective oral and written communication skills
Effective time management skills
Effective and creative use of problem solving skills
Must be self-motivated
