Graphics Experience Center - Solution Architect Team Lead PageWide PressDescription -As the HP PageWide Press Solution Architect - Team Lead within the HP Graphics Experience Center, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our HP PageWide Press solution division. You will lead a team of skilled Solution Architects, working closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize HP PageWide Press solutions, with a primary focus on the HP PageWide A2200 Inkjet Web Press. This role requires a deep understanding of HP PageWide Press technology and a profound expertise in color management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Solution Architects, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their individual and team goals.Solution Design:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, and design customized HP PageWide Press solutions, with an emphasis on color expertise and the HP PageWide A2200 Inkjet Web Press, that deliver exceptional results.Technical Expertise:

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HP PageWide Press technology, especially in the context of color management, and ensure the team is well-versed in the latest advancements and best practices.Product Demonstration:

Demonstrate the HP PageWide Press product portfolio, including the HP PageWide A2200 Inkjet Web Press and its associated software and finishing solutions, to clients and prospects.Customer

Product Testing and Prototyping:

Collaborate with customers to test their print products on the HP PageWide A2200 Inkjet Web Press, analyze the results, and come up with product prototyping that helps optimize print quality and color accuracy.Project Management:

Oversee the execution of solution implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Client Engagement:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control processes to ensure the reliability and performance of HP PageWide Press solutions, particularly in terms of color output.Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, providing guidance and support to ensure they excel in their roles and contribute to the team's overall success. As the Team Lead, you will also be responsible forOverall Visitor Experience:

Ensuring the overall experience of visitors to the Labels and Packaging Area is exceptional, leaving a positive and lasting impression.Sales Team Coordination:

Collaborating with the sales team on the prioritization of their specific deals and strategic needs, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.Team Activity Coordination:

Coordinating the tactical day-to-day activities of the team, including scheduling, project management, and ensuring the team's efficiency and productivity.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design, Printing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in HP PageWide Press technology, including solution architecture and implementation, with a deep expertise in color management.Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Technical certifications in HP PageWide Press technology (e.g., HP Certified PageWide Press Professional) is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.Job -Sales
