Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted consultant and educator for our discerning high-net-worth clients and their professional teams, ensuring bespoke design solutions tailored to each unique need.
Manage client relationships and projects from inception to completion, acting as the primary point of contact.
Develop sketches, technical schematics, and detailed 3D designs with strict attention to detail.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to meet project objectives on time and within budget.
Qualifications
A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end residential design, with proven 3D design skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; familiarity with Sketchup and other 3D design software is a strong asset.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Competency in Microsoft Office packages like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
