The Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning is seeking a Multimedia Developer IV (Videographer/Editor) that will be instrumental in producing and editing video content that supports the creation of quality content for online students in academic courses. This role requires a blend of creative filming techniques and proficient editing skills to produce content that is both informative and visually engaging. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the instructional design team staff and faculty and staff to create videos that enhance learning and promote the institution's mission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with instructional designers and faculty to develop engaging video content that aligns with instructional goals and branding guidelines.

Manage all aspects of video production from pre-production planning to shooting, editing, and post-production, including sound editing and color correction.

Operate and maintain professional video and audio equipment.

Ensure all video content is accessible, including the integration of captions, subtitles, and descriptive video services.

Manage media assets, ensuring all files are organized and backed up.

Stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies in video production and editing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with higher education faculty and instructional designers in an online learning context.

Understands needs of online students and faculty as they pertain to video content for online courses.

Experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder (or comparable industry standard tools).

Ability to transform raw clips and footage into high-quality final videos used to inform, engage, and inspire students.

Ability to work with multi-track split audio.

Working knowledge of aspect ratios.

Experience with high-resolution file transfer applications.

Working knowledge of video encoding formats.
