Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly creative, results-driven Creative Director with a strong background in product marketing, design, website management, and sales program development. This role is perfect for someone who combines creative vision with technical savvy and exceptional project management skills, aimed at driving salesthrough innovative marketing strategies and impeccable execution.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Marketing: Develop, implement, and lead marketing plans to effectively promote our products. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs and preferences, adjusting marketing strategies to meet thoseCollateral Design Needs: Oversee the design and production of all marketing collateral for our brands, ensuringconsistency with each brand identity and strategicGraphic Design: Lead graphic design efforts, crafting compelling visuals for various marketing channels. Work closely with the design team to maintain brandWebsite Design and Maintenance: Manage website design, development, and maintenance, ensuring it is user-friendly, accurately represents our brand, and is optimized for search engines.Brand Programs: Gift Cards, Rewards, Social clubs programs, and Newsletter Programs and Sales, Develop and manage sales strategies for gift cards, rewards programs, and newsletters to drive revenue and customerQR Codes Management and SEO: Utilize QR codes effectively and implement SEO strategies to improve online presenceand drive organic traffic.Software Management: Oversee marketing-related software and platforms, ensuring seamless integration into our strategies and operations.Project Management: Work closely with the team to ensure all marketing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Regularly review project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and financial targets.

Deliverables:

Weekly Project Status Report: A detailed update on ongoing marketing projects, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.Monthly Website Analytic Report: An analysis of website traffic, engagement metrics, and SEO performance, with insights and recommendations for improvement.Timeline, Deadlines, and Budgets of New Proposed Projects: For each new project proposal, provide a comprehensiveplan including a timeline, key deadlines, and a detailed budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial constraints.Monthly Marketing Spend Report: A detailed breakdown of monthly marketing expenditures, analyzing costs againstoutcomes to assess impact and efficiency.Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or a relatedProven marketing management experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and design work.Expertise in the management of people andIntermediate skills in Adobe apps, Canva, Microsoft Word, andStrong attention to detail and ability toAnalytical skills to interpret web traffic and online engagementExpertise in digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and socialStrong leadership and project managementExcellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in graphic design software and web

development tools.
