Concept Plus is seeking a Junior Drupal Developer/Graphic Designer to support development activities.
Primary ResponsibilitiesUse Jira to manage the ticket queueManage priorities and deliverables to ensure they are timely and successfulCommitment to clear and quality communications between team and client product managersCommitment to promoting a collaborative work environment with team members and customersCommitment to delivery of quality productsDevelop various graphics for use on the website and marketing collateral using DHS CISA Style guidelinesRecommend approach to page layout/navigation using UI/UX knowledgeDrupal development, graphics design, and UI/UX inputAdditional Responsibilities
Provide input into status reports, attend team and client meetings, and support the team as needed.Required Qualifications
PHP and/or Drupal experience (Drupal 9/10 experience preferred)Strong understanding of version controlMust understand and have practiced waterfall and or Agile Scrum developmentMust have experience working with a variety of technology and the ability to multi-task between different projects and workflow stagesMust have experience communicating directly with end users and stakeholdersExperience analyzing business product needs, recommending, effective software solutions in a timely mannerExperience working with other developers and development teamsUI/UX experienceGraphic Design Experience; Adobe Creative SuitePreferred Qualifications
Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.Ability to work effectively (adaptable and flexible) in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills when interacting with the client and project team.Promotes collaboration and teamwork.
