Job Summary:

This full-time position will manage the day-to-day activities related to the Gaylord website and its multiple social media channels. This includes maximizing SEO and SEM efforts for the website, creating and posting content across the website, social apps, podcasts and other distribution channels. The Coordinator will develop relevant content topics and report on effectiveness and results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include monitoring and maintaining Gaylord’s website and all social media platforms consistent with Gaylord’s strategic priorities, voice, style and tone. Specific duties below and other duties as assigned.

Social Media:• Create and publish compelling content (graphics, photos, videos, and written) in collaborationwith the PR Team that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values and promotesknowledge and understanding of our programs and expertise.• Develop and manage paid social media campaigns to reach specific audiences and drive desired outcomes. Analyze performance and make recommendations to improve effectiveness.• Use social media management tools to schedule, publish and analyze posts.• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with other departments and external partners to identify opportunities for cross-promotion and partnerships.• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.• Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social media channels.

Website:• Monitor website daily. Address and respond appropriately to comments and questions and flag those that need additional attention.• Create and upload content for the website including events, news, programs, location updates or institutional changes.• Identify and solve website problems in collaboration with external vendors and Gaylord IT, asappropriate.• Cultivate relationships with Gaylord staff to keep abreast of changes in departments, programs, clinical outcomes, residency and research.

Other:• Create video, photography and print content as needed.• Take lead in podcast development, production and publishing to web and podcast platforms.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field of study required

*3-5 years of experience in social media and website management systems required, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit organization

*Demonstrated ability to create engaging content across multiple channels required

*Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills required

*Knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Buzz Sprout required

*Experience with social media advertising and analytics platforms like FacebookAds Manager and Google Analytics required

*Keyboarding and mousing skills are required

*Proficient in Microsoft environment. Knowledge of Adobe Suite or video editing skills is preferred
