Responsibilities

Own the go to market strategy for assigned markets and productsWork with Sales and Channel Partners to drive revenue through customer-facing activities, innovative solutions and strong technical supportWork with Sales to ensure appropriate channels management / go to market selling strategy is implementedWork in partnership with Marcom and the Creative team to develop content and materials for successful sales initiatives, including technical and selling literature, web content, social media content, trade show properties, etc.Participate in Regional Steering Team Meetings for the specific segment, with GST participation as requestedKeep a "real-time pulse" on market conditions, competitive activities, industry and technology trends, market size and share, as well as market growth rates, through market research and data analysis.Communicate market conditions to appropriate organizational stakeholders (sales, product development, etc.)Own the local execution of the new product launch plan as it applies to the segmentDevelop and implement growth strategies and strong demand creating activitiesProvide guidance to Operations for demand planning and forecasting activitiesDevelop innovative training materials and conduct training both internally and externally Ensure the sales team develops and maintains appropriate product expert and application knowledgeMeasure success of strategy implementation through KPIs and adjust implementation tactics as neededCollaborate with Sales, CX, Customer Service, Service, Operations and Logistics to ensure alignment of activitiesDetermine key Marketing collateral investment within assigned budgetOwn associated regional product and market we pages to ensure appropriate contentManage annual and special pricing processQualifications

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplineIn absence of a bachelor's degree: demonstrated exposure to relevant subject matter through real life or previous work roles. Candidate has working knowledge of relevant subject matter.Education Preferred:

MBAIn absence of MBA: demonstrated exposure to high level business management fundamentals through real life or previous work roles. Candidate has working knowledge of marketing, product development, and business management.Experience Preferred:

Experience in developing go to market strategies within industries subject to regulatory requirements or business to business selling.This position is posted at multiple levels:

Level I:

At least 4 years of marketing, sales, or product development experience.Level II:

High level proficiency for all Level 1 responsibilitiesLead internal process / business improvement initiativesDemonstrated rack record of results, relationships and readiness to advance from Level 1, including:

Results: Consistently delivers results commensurate with skill level beyond entry level marketer.Relationships: Proven ability to build constructive relationships across one level up cross functional stakeholders.Readiness: Consistently exceeds expectations in current role.Level III:

Lead and develop the Regional Segment Marketing Team by providing mentoring and coaching to RSMs I and IIDemonstrate regional and global business acumen Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish, monitor and attain measurable and meaningful performance goals that are aligned with project plansManages and influences peers without direct authorityEstablishes and leads initiatives that benefit the entire team (team initiative) Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning exercises (should be able to participate and contribute in executive level meetings)Demonstrated record of results, relationships and readiness to advance from Level 2, including:
