As an Assistant Studio Leader (ASL), you will be empowered to provide leadership and direction to the Sales Associate and Coaching team alongside the Studio Leader (SL). This developmental position embodies proven sales experience and results, a passion to lead others, and a meta performance level of customer service.
Job Duties Include:60-day Sales Associate training requiredAssist SL with daily, weekly and monthly Studio Leader responsibilitiesAssist in the hiring and onboarding process of new Sales AssociatesLead the team meeting once a monthAudit and reconcile any account information neededCompleting minimum daily productivity goalsFully participate in weekly strategic with Studio LeaderModel all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)Ensures that all front of the house systems are followed such as check in process, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration & studio tours, member account reconciliation, member care calls, document scanning & uploadingProvide and maintain the highest level of customer serviceResponsible for daily walk thru for a premier experience. Work alongside SL/HC for any action needed such as equipment, maintenance, or inventoryProcessing admin paperwork within 24 hours and sending confirmation emailsEffectively resolving staff & member needs/questionsResponsible for supporting SA team needing coverage when neededAny additional duties as requested by Studio Leader or Regional Territory Leader

In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.
