What You'll Do

This pivotal role will involve working across functions to develop and deliver product marketing plans, assist with product portfolio management, and engage in promotion activities related to construction machinery products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction machinery sector, either with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or a dealer.

Product Marketing Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans and campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our heavy construction machinery products.Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to help define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.Working with Product Managers, Marketing and external vendors, create compelling marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales tools, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to customers and prospects.Product Portfolio Management

Assist with the management and tracking of New Product Development project plans, milestones, and timelines.Work with Product Managers to conduct profitability analyses to assess the financial viability of new product initiatives, pricing strategies, market opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations to maximize profitability.Work with Product Managers to monitor and analyze product health and performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and product quality, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Product Marketing Promotion

Participate in industry trade shows and events to showcase our products, generate leads, and build relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.What You'll Get

What You'll Need to be Successful

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.Minimum of 5 to 7 years of sales, marketing, and/or product management experience, preferably with a construction machinery OEM or dealer.Must have proficiency with Microsoft tools, such as MS Excel and PowerPoint.Project management experience preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.Expected travel of 10% to 15%
