We are looking for an innovative leader with unique ideas to lead our marketing team! You would play an integral role in elevating the brand and creating comprehensive marketing strategies that drive nationwide recognition. Familiarity with the Ashley Stewart brand is a plus!
Responsibilities
Write, execute, and analyze marketing plans featuring innovative ideas to drive maximum resultsOversee the marketing calendarContribute to the elevation of the brandAnalyze marketing trends and apply research to improve marketing strategyCreate and maintain marketing budgetManage Marketing and Creative Team including Creative Director, Art Director, and Social Media ManagerAbility to create strong brand stories and powerful marketing campaigns that resonateQualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, MBA preferred6+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a related industryExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills and extensive experience in leading a team.Strategic minded with the ability to write comprehensive and effective marketing plansThorough understanding of ecommerce and fashion industryThe ability to work quickly and efficiently while adapting to changing priorities while juggling a variety of tasks and projectsProactive and resourceful, with an upbeat can do attitudeStrong commitment to maintaining industry best practicesOther details
