We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized Director of CRM Lifecycle Marketing to join our team. This pivotal role involves developing and enhancing the customer lifecycle experience, from discovery to post-purchase. The ideal candidate will lead the ideation, testing, and implementation of a comprehensive lifecycle CRM strategy. This nature of the role requires a collaborative individual skilled at uniting cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and technology to help us develop a world class customer journey.

Lifecycle Strategy Development:

Design and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and experience from prospect to alumni.Automation & CRM Management:

Oversee the execution of marketing automations, campaign management and CRM initiatives to streamline communication and improve customer interactions.Team Leadership:

Hire and manage a small team of email specialists, ensuring cohesive and effective communication strategies across all customer touchpoints.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team and creative team, admissions, enrollment, and technical teams to align lifecycle marketing efforts with overall business goals. Collaborate with the creative department to optimize CRM performance.Performance Analysis:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of lifecycle marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and strategies.Pipeline Development:

Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective students, driving enrollment growth.Customer Insights:

Gather and leverage customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve the overall customer journey.Budget Management:

Oversee the lifecycle marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.Proven success in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, and marketing automation.Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, including writers and email specialists.Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, Ideally Salesforce and Marketing CloudData-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.Passion for education and commitment to EF Academy's mission and values.Why you'll love working here:

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Lifecycle CRM Marketing will lead the development and implementation of customer lifecycle strategies, manage automation processes, oversee CRM initiatives, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive student enrollment and retention.
