Director of Marketing and Communications

to partner with our Chief Development Officer to develop, improve, and implement new and existing marketing and communications strategies.

Who You Are:

You care deeply about people experiencing hunger and hold them in the center of all that you do. You are a marketing and communications leader who is ready to help shift our branding and messaging to track with our new strategic direction. You are an expert in social media, strategic communications, branding, and messaging and story development. You’re a strong writer, a motivational and effective communicator, and a proven team leader. You are known for your ability to think strategically and holistically yet also able to drive tactics and projects to fruition.

Most of all, you wake up in the morning eager to use your skills to build a movement to end hunger.

Salary range is $110,000 – $125,000 annually with full benefits including employer paid medical coverage for employees and children, dental, and vision insurance, employer paid basic life, long and short-term disability, and a company match for 403(b) retirement plans, and generous paid time off, including parental leave.

Please note:

This is a hybrid position that requires on-site work 3 days/week.
