As the Associate Director, Precision Medicine Marketing (Gynecological/Genitourinary), you will be at the forefront of driving patient identification initiatives across AstraZeneca’s portfolio of targeted gynecological/genitourinary (G2) cancer therapies. Reporting directly to the Director, Precision Medicine (G2), you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to support patient identification initiatives that enable optimal treatment for patients throughout their cancer journey.This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, headquarters for the US Oncology and the Oncology Business Unit.Accountabilities:Your role will involve driving the tactical implementation of diagnostics strategy, leading agencies, selecting marketing channels/initiatives, and leading diagnostics for select indication(s). You will be responsible for leading partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budgets. Your collaboration with Indication leads and cross-functional teams will be essential in developing and driving novel marketing programs. You will also deliver testing excellence for all product launches and ongoing patient identification for indications.Essential Skills/Experience:Bachelor's Degree in relevant field5 years’ experiencePrior Diagnostic / Medical Device / Pharma marketing experienceExperience working in Oncology Pharma industryDesirable Skills/Experience:Advanced degree or equivalent experience (Master’s or higher) in Life Science, MBA, Medical, or PharmacyGreat interpersonal skillsAbility to lead multiple priorities and stakeholdersComfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industryWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
