POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in developing marketing-communication plans, executing marketing strategies and campaigns, delivering product and service messaging, and generating and analyzing metrics resulting from marketing activities for both internal and external audiences.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the commercialization of new products and services on all digital platforms.
Apply the Swagelok Brand Guidelines in all communications, collaborate with various company teams on ways to make the digital brand stronger.
Ensure compliance with Swagelok Marketing and Brand Guidelines.
Develop marketing-communication roadmap, plans, and strategies in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer and Sales Operations Supervisor
Collaborate with Chief Marketing Officer and Sales Operations Supervisor to set internal marketing-communications strategy.
Create and maintain printed and online sales and service information and distribute this information to the Sales and Field Engineering teams when needed.
General administration and support of company website, customer relationship management software, social media, and news releases
Creation and distribution of monthly and quarterly newsletters and marketing campaigns
Develop collaborative relationships with a broad network of Swagelok corporate and SSC Marketing and Communications associates.
Work closely with Sales Operations Supervisor to ensure timely marketing, communication, and sales materials.
Develop and use metrics to analyze the effectiveness and drive the success of various marketing-communication activities
Work with the Sales Operations Supervisor and Sales Development Representative to develop an outbound selling roadmap, segmentation and opportunity approach, review data analytics for marketing targets, and author outbound selling materials
Maintain, administer, and develop an improvement roadmap for the organization’s CRM program
Perform all other reasonable tasks that relate to communications and marketing as delegated by the Chief Marketing Officer and Sales Operations Supervisor.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Experience
4+ years of prior marketing-communications experience

Proficient in MailChimp Software
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and other Graphic design software
Knowledge of marketing trends
Proficient at writing and editing in a professional voice that is appropriate for any media, vehicle, or audience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in market research and marketing campaigns
Excellent presentation skills
Proficient in project management
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain customer and business relationships
Experience using CRM platforms (experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred)
