We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our mission who will be instrumental in shaping and refining our Design System, rooted in our mobile AI strategy. You will define System Design concepts for state-of-the-art Android applications that serve product teams across SAP and their business users. We are looking for a talented and passionate team player capable of propelling projects from concept to high-quality outcomes.As a Senior UX Designer, you are leveraging your profound mobile design expertise to create delightful mobile experiences and business value for SAPs customers and users.Create and evolve components and patterns of the design system in alignment with our design guidelines and languageEnsure the value of your design system work by partnering closely with application and development teams across SAP.Gather feedback and expose design concepts to stakeholders and end users for research/validation to iteratively enhance the design system.Present, visualize, and express ideas and concepts cogently and in a structured manner at various design stages to back design decisions.Be passionate about design and continuously broaden your skillset on design methodologies, technologies, upcoming trends, and business scenarios.Advocate for design system strategy, best practices, and tools within the team and company.Support young talents by teaming up with them and providing actionable feedback that excels in their growth.**What you bring:**5 years of professional experience in application or system design for software solutionsA stunning design portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutionsProven track record in user experience design for mobile applications and design systemsStrong expertise in adaptive mobile design for Apple iOS or Google AndroidExperience in driving design directions and partnering with peers in business and technology rolesAbility to drive user research and run user-centric design processes and methodologiesExceptional design crafting skills in visual and interaction designBusiness domain knowledge (e.g. Finance, HR, CRM) is a plusPrototyping skills are a plusExperience and motivation to work in a diverse and global organizationFluency in English (oral and written) is a requirement, along with the ability to present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders**Meet your team:**The SAP Design System team defines the core design systems for SAPs products, partnering with design teams across all SAP solution areas. The targeted combined range for this position is 117300 - 283400(USD) USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
