We are looking for a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise developing and driving lifecycle marketing programs.As a Marketing Manager for the Small Business Credit Card program, you will be involved in planning, executing and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns for Amazon businesses. You will play an integral role in building and engaging our Prospects via lead generation campaigns that will promote the long-term growth of Amazon. You will develop marketing content that reaches our audience to drive product demand via diversified marketing channels including web, email, social, plus partner marketing channels. In addition, you will analyze web traffic and other metrics and report on performance to management teams.Key job responsibilities- Develop prospect acquisition strategies focused on driving new accounts for the Amazon Business American Express Co-brand portfolio- Develop marketing campaigns that support our small business credit card projects, including website, email and digital advertising- Work closely with the marketing, product, program partners and data science teams on go-to market strategy, campaign development and implementation- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelinesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channelsPreferred Qualifications- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiativesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
