**Your Impact**Works under the Promo Planning Manager along with Promotional Specialists and aligns to specific MDV categories to develop and execute promotional plan. Acts as a promotional SME for their given area and supports merchants through their quarterly planning process from Shark Tank through execution. Responsible for providing historical performance, competitive information, and analysis. Uses data, category framework, ROC/Intent, etc. to drive promotional plan agnostic of marketing support. Sr. Analyst is responsible for working closely with cross functional partners (Marketing, Promo Execution, Flex, Supply Chain etc.) to ensure planned promotions are accurate in marketing support, have sufficient inventory, and appropriate signage and space in store.**What You Will Do**• Works closely with Merchandising, Promotional Strategy & Analytics and other key partners and stakeholders to analyze and develop highly effective promotions to meet division and enterprise objectives• Working with the Pricing and Promo specialists to ensure that promotions are reflected in actionable tools, such as Promo Central, MPT etc.• Ensures a consistent focus on promotional innovation by understanding the competitive landscape and linking to division, subdivision, and category strategy.• Deliver promo analytics & insights to merchant partners through Quarterly planning process and competitive analysis• Promo subject matter expert for Merchants. Provides inputs to: Promo strategy, competitive gaps, Marketing priorities, and more.• Provide promotional strategy recommendations to improve the effectiveness of promotions• Manages Promo Trackers and ensures complete and accurate information for all promotional deadlines according to Promotional Planning Calendar.• Coordinate & partner with Promo Execution & Promo Entry to ensure accurate execution of promotions and promotional materials including legal disclaimers and promotional signage.• Supports Merchandising partners with Shark Tank submissions for both promotions support and Flex Space.**Required Qualifications**+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or relevant field 3-5 Years Merchandising, Marketing, Category Management, Omni-Channel Retailing or related pricing and promotional field+ 3-5 Years Experience working in cross-functional teams, data elements or financial metrics analyses+ 3-5 Years Working cross-functionally+ 1-2 Years Experience leading/managing projects**About Lowe’s**Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
