What the Ideal Candidate will do:
The
Parts & Repair Coordinator
is representation of our company to our customers. You will be responsible for receiving spare parts and repair requests, processing parts and repair orders and providing quotations to customers by performing the following duties:
Support the spare part and repair quotation and ordering process.Provide timely response to customer inquiries, requests for quotation and order follow up according to departmental procedures.Quote spare parts and repairs for new and existing equipment.Process quotations and orders through MRP/ERP system from receipt to delivery.Coordinate with other departments.Arrange logistics from supplier to the customer.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; degree in vocational trade school
preferred but not required.2+ years of customer service experience and/or training in a manufacturing, automotive, or production type of environment
preferred ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with quotes and estimates.Must be able to read and interpret machine/automotive parts drawings and bills of materials .Must possess strong communication, math, and computer skills. Microsoft Excel & ERP/MRP experience ( SAP preferred).
