As a Remarketing Coordinator, Here's What You'll Do:

The Remarketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the sale of off-lease and owned vehicles with the objective of obtaining the highest resale prices within established turn-around times. Key responsibilities include effectively interfacing with vendors and vehicle remarketing channels, generating, analyzing, and disseminating key data and reports and providing support as necessary to meet remarketing goals and objectives and optimize outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.

Remarketing Vendor Management: Interface effectively with vendors and vehicle remarketing channels to manage sale of vehicles to ensure established turn-around times and to maximize resale prices.

Interact with key departments to ensure completion of all sale documentation

Manage processing of funds for auction and direct sales

Follow up on missing documentation, titles, and funds for sales

Manage inventory for pending sales

Ensure sales are completed within department metric goals

Assist with providing resale estimates, fair market values and consultation to clients as requested

Provide reporting and analysis of performance of vendor network and Remarketing department

Manage vendors for the timely pick up and sale of units assigned to auctions

Assign vehicles to vendor outlets to obtain the best return

Maintain the AutoIMS software and data entry in internal system

Here's What it Will Take to be Successful in This Role:

Must be detail-oriented and have a strong attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.

Ability to use reporting to gather and analyze data.

Strong Mathematics skills required; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and calculate percentages.

Ability to provide sound problem solving, analysis and critical thinking.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as have a willingness to work independently and make decisions, exercising judgment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to change.

Working knowledge of automobiles preferred.

High School diploma or GED required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related business discipline a plus.

2-3 years of experience in an administrative function.

1-2 years of experience in automotive preferred, Fleet Management experience strongly preferred.

Physical Demands

This job operates in a professional environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, printers and fax machines.

Working Conditions

This position will be based out of our office in Oak Brook, Illinois. Until the Company moves to Oak Brook in early 2026, this will temporarily work out of the office in Schaumburg, Illinois. This role also offers remote work flexibility with 3 days in office, and 2 days remote. Periodic travel required.
