The Team Lead position plays a crucial role in driving the success of the store while upholding the company's values and commitment to providing excellent service and promoting wellness. The responsibilities and qualifications expected from a Team Lead:
Coaching and Development:
The Team Lead assists in coaching and developing team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service consistently. This involves providing guidance, feedback, and support to help team members grow and succeed.Driving Business Results:
The Team Lead is responsible for driving key business results by ensuring all aspects of the in-store experience meet or exceed expectations. This includes monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies to increase productivity and profitability, and identifying areas for improvement.Alignment with Company Values:
The Team Lead fosters an environment that reflects the company's culture and service ethos. This involves embodying and promoting the company's values of wellness, growth, celebration, greatness, and belonging in all interactions and activities.Partnership with Management:
The Team Lead works closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to create strategies for growing the business. This includes developing plans focused on people, operations, visual merchandising, and community outreach to drive long-term success.Maintaining Culture:
The Team Lead contributes to maintaining and strengthening the company's culture by actively engaging in behaviors that align with its values.
