Ready for a new challenge?Summary of PositionThis role is a critical part of Nexon America's in-development content creation platform - MapleStory Worlds. The position is responsible for supporting the MapleStory Worlds team by engaging with game creators for MapleStory Worlds in order to build and manage programs and processes to support them. This role will work with our creators and internal teams to gather feedback and ideate, create, and manage a variety of programs and internal processes to support all game creators for MapleStory Worlds.We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the Creator Program Manager and Production team with the execution of creator programs and initiatives to aid our game creators for MapleStory Worlds

Manage in-progress Creator Programs by monitoring and addressing needs from all partners involved

Execute day-to-day tasks communicating with game creators and partners for MapleStory Worlds to maintain engagement and assist gathering feedback, issues, concerns and trends

Become proficient with the MapleStory Worlds creator features to be able to understand game creators needs and showcase the platform to partners

Coordinate with the technical support team to manage creator partner support needs and priorities

Assist with generating regular reports for stakeholders about our game creators and programs for MapleStory Worlds

Experience with or strong understanding of online platform games and the developers who create games for them

Experience in gaming industry building and supporting programs to help game developers a plus

Experience working with diverse groups of in-game development and game creation communities a plus

$26.00 - $32.00

hourly.Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual's pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, however the salary range listed in this job posting reflects the base salary only.
