We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Product Marketing to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products through comprehensive research, effective sales enablement strategies, and compelling messaging. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and customer insights. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance the overall market presence of our products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Research:Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.Perform comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the market landscape.2.

Sales Enablement:

Develop and implement sales enablement programs to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our products.Create sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that articulate the value proposition of our products and address key customer pain points.Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales playbooks, objection handling guides, and competitive battlecards.Track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and iterate on strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.3.

Messaging:

Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the unique value of our products.Develop clear and concise product messaging frameworks that align with overall brand messaging and positioning.Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.4.

Product Launch

Lead the development and execution of product launch plans, including defining go-to-market strategies, target audience segmentation, and positioning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product launches.Create compelling launch assets and marketing materials, such as product messaging, sales presentations, demo videos, and press releases.Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate excitement and drive demand for new products.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product launches and identify areas for optimization.JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFIFCATIONS NEEDED

Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership.Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator.Minimum of 5 Years of b2b software product marketing experience.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time -to deliver results on time and under budget.Excellent organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree.Other benefits and perks included are:

The salary range for this position is $154,900 to $180,000 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
