Equal Opportunity/Employer/Veterans/Disabled.+ Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing materials.+ Be an additional resource for the Marketing Department, with an ability to adapt to new projects when needed.+ Assist in the planning and execution of department events, including logistic coordination and on-site support.+ Organize and maintain Creative Studio and all photography needs for upcoming photoshoots.+ Collect and ship product and materials for photoshoots and marketing needs, ensuring all regulatory standards are maintained.+ Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, develop creative concepts, and contribute to campaign planning.Requirements+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.+ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.+ Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.+ This position will be based in Boston, MA.+ Required to be in office 4 days per week.+ Historically, women and people of color have felt they need to be overqualified to apply; we encourage anyone who feels they can do this job to apply.#LI-FC1
