Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in account management or customer success, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in a digital marketing agency. The Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular and proactive communication.Lead client calls, keeping clients informed about project progress and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and aligning our services to meet their needs.Generate weekly and monthly client reports that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance.Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and within specified timelines.Create and assign tasks, monitor project timelines, and coordinate with internal team members to ensure seamless project execution.Collaborate closely with management and team members to address project challenges and ensure successful project delivery.Professionally handle escalated customer issues, working towards swift resolution and client satisfaction.Gather feedback from clients and use it to continually improve and enhance our service offerings.Qualifications

Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is requiredEnglish Resume is requiredA minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a digital marketing agency.Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet client expectations.Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on providing client solutions.
