They must have an in-depth knowledge in copy, art direction and design as well as take responsibility and set standards for the overall quality of the creative product.What You'll DoDevelops creative concepts with ACD CopywriterOwns the creative work on assigned brands.Manages the creative development process as it relates to projectsImplement strategy and direction and provides art direction/copy expertiseSupervise creative teams as neededEnsures the quality and implementation of all workParticipates in client presentations and helps develop client relationshipsExpertly delivers creative that crosses all platformsWorks with the Creative Resource Team to select and assign resources as necessaryMay personally work on creative assignments, within or outside of the group, or on major department explanatories and new business efforts.Adopts management posture in representing the agency's interest in interaction with clients, staff, outside vendors and other contacts.Participates in recruitment efforts for the department by reviewing portfolios and interviewing candidates as requested by the Creative Resource personnel.

What You'll Need7-10+years' experience in an agency settingStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent management skills and strong leadership potentialExpert in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshopand Illustrator.

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
