Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and contributing to campaigns that drive consumer engagement through field & wholesale marketing initiatives including in-store point of sale, events, sales & distributor alignment, and all shopper marketing programs. In this role, you will foster new customer acquisition and drive sales growth. Focusing on the shopper-facing side of Hard Truth’s brand growth, the Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategic plans to reach key audiences in engaging ways, while driving activity that supports selling opportunities of our products throughout key markets.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports directly to the Marketing Director.Collaborate with marketing team members and department heads to draft an annual program planning and quarterly marketing previews to support sales activity.Plan and ensure development of shopper marketing programs, including off-premise POS planning, national/regional chain support, and on-premise strategies.Lead the execution of a shopper marketing campaign calendar from start to finish, driving sales team alignment, and leveraging internal processes with creative teams.Report on market trends and insights using Nielsen and VIP data. Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform executional practices and strategic direction.Evaluate the impact of shopper programs in achieving their stated objectives, using data insights to measure pre-defined performance indicators and report results.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all Hard Truth shopper programs, field support, events, and trade materials.Additional duties, as assigned by the Marketing Director.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or BusinessMinimum 4 years’ experience in marketing or related fieldBackground in CPG, Adult Beverage, or Supply Chain is strongly preferred.Ideal candidate with have experience with shopper marketing programs.COMPETENCIES

$55k-$80k depending on experience
