Lennar cares deeply about its 12,000 Associates across the country and how we communicatewith them.We are seeking a senior project manager, communications who will help build andsupport a world-class Communications function by creating foundational processes to helpmanage and track internal communications projects and initiatives across the organization.As we evolve, grow and transform how we communicate both internally and externally atLennar, this role will be critical in driving the success of the Communications team by providingoperational, strategic, and administrative support. The senior project manager, communicationswould report to the SVP, Communications with a strong working relationship with theCompanys head of PMO and his team.Responsibilities:Your Responsibilities on the Team

Create a framework for how we coordinate, disseminate and track all internalcommunications at Lennar to ensure that information is shared with our Associates in themost effective wayLead and manage communication projects from start to finish, includingdeveloping project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring adherence toproject milestones and deadlinesCoordinate with internal teams across the organization, on both the corporate and divisionallevel, to ensure timely and successful execution of communication initiativesProactively build and manage relationships with leaders and partners across theorganization, assisting them in communication planning and ensuring allassociate-facing communications are delivered to the right audience, at the righttime, with the right message, and through the right channelsDevelop and manage a master calendar of internal communications and keybusiness milestonesStreamline tools and platforms currently being used for communications andresearch and implement better, more efficient systems and processesHelp drive adoption, engagement, and interaction across internalcommunication platforms and toolsConduct ongoing analysis of communications and report on performancePrioritize competing projects and requests, manage multiple initiatives and ensure continuedfocus on key strategic communications projects and objectivesDrive operational excellence within the Communications teamStreamline processes, implement best practices and identify opportunities for continuousimprovementProvide high-level administrative support to the Communications team including managingbudgets and vendor invoicingPrepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal meetings#LI-NW1Qualifications:Your ToolboxBachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on communications, marketing, business orrelated fieldsPreferred experience of 3-5 years in project management, change management and/oroperationsHighly organized, analytical and process-orientedExceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at a timeOutstanding written communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of project management software platforms i.e. AsanaStrong experience tracking metrics and preparing reportsFriendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitudeAbility to build strong cross-functional relationships within the CompanyCan ensure compliance and alignment with Lennar policies and business goalsLife at Lennar

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular workhours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours perday in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, readplans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which maybe in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment.Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
