As a Senior Field Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and strengthening our Brand's relationship with our dispensary accounts, assisting the local sales team in reaching/exceeding their sales goals, and collaborating with the in-house marketing/promotions team to facilitate the execution of events. Our Senior FMC is a cannabis passionate individual with a strong sense of customer service and teamwork.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Acts as supervisor to the Field Marketing Coordinator and Brand Ambassador team in the assigned region
Recruits, hires, onboards and in-field trains all new BA team members in the region
Communicates all direct campaigns/initiatives/directives from executive team to region's BA team
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintains a positive relationship with accounts in the region for the purpose of scheduling Patient appreciation Days, Jeeter U, and special events
Works closely with marketing/special events departments to coordinate event details and staff scheduling
Creates new or update existing data tracking spreadsheets based on changing variables
Tracks and places reorder requests of Marketing Material for region's storage unit
Transitions from in-store PADs to Store Visits, to continue fostering positive relationships with clients
Cover FMC/BA's PAD in the case that there is no additional coverage
Executes all marketing requests from management
Manages external vendors for coordination, document creation, and deliveries
Supports the marketing department with budget management; process and track invoices, reconcile and provide monthly accrual reports
Gauges store traffic to collect feedback and market intelligence
Audits brand materials, ensuring all marketing collateral available to internal and external teams is current and on brand, recommending updates when necessary
Required Skills/Abilities:
At least 21 years old per state law
Exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills
General knowledge of basic computer skills, including project management software
Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
Ability to work at least one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday
Education and Experience:
HS Diploma or GED
1+ years of cannabis experience or having strong cannabis knowledge of brands and different products
1+ years experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired
1+ years' experience working in / at cannabis events - Preferred
2+ years' experience or training in marketing or sales - Preferred
