Description & Requirements

As a Video Team Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the creation and processing of video assets for external marketing and internal communication. You will assist the team in every aspect of the production process ranging from preproduction tasks to setup, lighting, and filming, as well as postproduction work such as editing and graphics creation. At times, you may also be required to manage shoots with a small team or on your own. You will work closely with the members of the Media Services Team to follow the guidelines set by the project requestor and produce videos, motion graphics, and photography in line with our brand and standards. You will also be required to be a resource to our internal marketers by providing them with advice and best practices to produce successful and engaging content.

This role will focus heavily on motion graphics and requires a high proficiency in Adobe After Effects. You should have a deep understanding of the concepts of animation and be able to produce graphics in line with firm branding such as intros, outros, lower thirds, on-screen and full-screen graphics as well as fully animated video pieces.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field1 year or more of relevant experienceTravel within the U.S. will also be required as needed and typically occurs once a month, or more, on averageThorough knowledge of the operation and care of photography and video camerasThorough knowledge of the technical and artistic aspects of productionHigh proficiency with After Effects and the creation of motion graphicsHigh proficiency in lighting for photo and videoProficiency in audio recording and sound designProficiency in non-linear video editing software; specifically, Adobe Premiere ProExperience with Photoshop and IllustratorPreferred Qualifications:

3 years or more of relevant experience
