Shadow and participate in marketing & publicity meetings and draft concise notes with critical follow-up actions.Manage effective communication flow and closely collaborate with internal and external partners for timely information dissemination.Assist in the creation of presentation decks for Domestic & International meetings and manage corresponding budgets.Coordinate travel and ground transportation for talent and film makers during film premieres and other publicity events.Maintain up-to-date contact lists for talent and filmmakers and ensure all publicity materials are distributed appropriately.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Prior client experience with Concur for managing travel and logistics.3-5 years of work experience as a Publicity Coordinator/Assistant, ideally with prior experience.Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume work environments.This opportunity calls for a highly professional and proactive individual ready to hit the ground running and make a significant impact in our dynamic team.
