As the ReproductiveEndocrinology Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible forupstream and downstream activitiesYour role:·       You will develop strategic and tactical marketing plans for theReproductive Endocrinology product lines/ disease states.·      You willensure that appropriate Customer Requirements/Design Inputs are crafted toguide the development team. Utilize market research, customer input, zoneinput, and other means to ensure profitable and differentiated products aredelivered to market. Provide leadership to R&D and support organizationsthroughout development cycle to leverage technical possibilities and understand technicaltrade-offs vis a vis market potential. (e.g. leadtrade-off analysis…customer, financial, and timeline impact).·       You will shape the commercial status/readiness requirements andmanage the commercialization execution plans. Work with PMO to provide marketing inputs into milestone documents anddrive stakeholder alignment at each stage. Analyze research results and develop recommendations to the projectteam. Develop business cases and financially model pricing and volumescenarios.·       You will develop a thorough understanding of competitive offeringsand provide commercial organizations with appropriately differentiatedproduct(s) versus the competition in a profitable manner that adds value to thecustomer.·       You will lead development of the marketing execution framework andcommercial toolbox to support market launch; including, compelling valueproposition, customer message points, how to win vs. competition, objectionhandlers. etc.  Responsible for productpricing that meets market share gains and profitability goals.·       You will create worldwide demand for Reproductive Endocrinologyproducts in a customer-centric manner (exemplified by high satisfaction ofneeds, and therefore appropriately differentiated and adding value) bydeveloping and overseeing execution of the marketing plan. This includesdefinition of and segmentation of the market, targeting and positioning, andall aspects of the marketing mix (product, place/distribution, price, andintegrated marketing/promotion). Your expertise:·       5+ years ofprogressive marketing and product management experience in varying specialties –marketing planning, building brand reputation, campaign development andexecution, developing compelling sales messaging / materials and training,conducting market research, developing product portfolio strategy, and newproduct development and new launch initiatives. ·       A track record of successfully working with R&D·       Experience accurately forecasting/ meeting projected revenue andbudget targets a plus·       5+ years of relevant commercial (e.g., sales, service, marketing)experience in healthcare, preferably laboratory diagnostics·       Subject matter expertise in hospital and reference labenvironments ideal, prior experience as a med-tech/laboratorian preferred·       Demonstrated ability to effectively manageacross the matrix in the context of a large global company.·       Bachelor’s degree in business; life sciences; engineering orrelated technical discipline.
