As the leader of the Marketing group for Pangea, you will be responsible for the development and execution of all marketing strategies, including all digital, social, traditional and content-related marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate has experience developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to accomplish specific acquisition and behavioral goals. Further, the Head of Marketing will have extensive knowledge of performance marketing, traditional marketing channels, affiliate marketing, as well as tracking and reporting methodologies. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing numerous projects and programs, making sure to not let anything slip through the cracks.

As the Head of Marketing, you will:Serve as the functional head of marketing and be ultimately responsible for performance across all media spend, including search, social, SEO, TV, radio, print, and promotional partnerships.Build, lead, and manage the marketing team to ensure a high overall level of performance and productivity. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to the team, identifying opportunities for career enhancement and effective collaborative work practices.Own customer acquisition, driving the strategy and execution for large-scale acquisition and conversion campaigns.Own all retention-marketing programs designed to increase total share within the customer base, including lifecycle marketing campaigns through direct oversight and growth of Pangea's CRM.Manage flawless execution of Pangea's marketing testing process, enabling efficient expansion of marketing budget into new tactics and channels.Ensure the organization is utilizing state-of-the-art tools and techniques in marketing through a deep understanding of Martech and other key vendors.Make strategic decisions using data based on a deep understanding of Pangea's funnel and attribution across online and offline channels.Propose and track meaningful incentive programs to drive faster adoption and accelerate word-of-mouth awareness.Report results and performance metrics to ensure KPI alignment across the organization. Responsible for the company's marketing budget and forecasting.Understand Pangea's different segments of customers and constantly pursue new tactics based on their behavior, purchase habits, pain points, and potential areas of differentiation.Plan, implement, monitor, and track integrated marketing communications campaigns. Ensure media buy is optimized and every brand touchpoint enhances potential reach and impact.Be the key contact for all creative and media agency relationships and oversee and lead creative development and effectiveness tracking across all communication mediums to support growth and overall business objectives.Liaise with other internal teams to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc., that meets market demands and reinforces the brand.Integrate marketing strategies and communication programs to ensure consistent branding and messaging, as well as maximization of the marketing budget.The ideal candidate will have:

15+ years of experience including leading large internal multi-disciplinary marketing organizations with large budgets to achieve long-term strategic goals.Proven track record of building, developing, and motivating a marketing team in a high-growth tech company.The proven propensity to "think like an owner", operate like a P&L holder, and understand different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.).Expertise in developing, implementing, and communicating a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy across performance marketing, digital marketing, and branding.Proven willingness and ability to be a relentless voice of the customer, representing the customers' desires and needs, while maintaining business focus and effectiveness.Proven expertise in the development and implementation of successful online marketing programs including SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.Demonstrated expertise in the development and execution of successful targeted social media programs.Proven ability to scale marketing budgets through flawless execution of iterative testing of new tactics and channelsExperience building and scaling a consumer brand.Proven understanding of best practices, tools, and processes that enable development and analyses of marketing campaigns, the management of those campaigns, and the analytics for success.Bonus points if you have:
